Interesting places of Český Krumlov
The Baroque garden with a fountain is part of the castle complex. It was founded in the 2nd half of the 17th century and the most beautiful is in the spring. Since 1963 the medieval city center has been an urban monument reserve. It has been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1992. Monasteries of Český Krumlov
In 1350 the monastery was founded by Kateřina von Rosenberg with her sons. The construction lasted a long time and the monastery was originally Minorite. St. Vitus Church
The first church on this site was already in the year 1309.
